Sign the reservation agreement and pay the reservation fee.
Step 3: Purchase contract and payments
Sign the purchase contract and pay the remaining purchase price according to the agreed schedule.

The procedure includes the signing of the reservation agreement and the composition of the reservation fee, the signing of the contract for the future and subsequent payments during construction.

Contract for future contract
Within 30 days from the signing of the reservation contract, it is necessary to sign the contract on the future contract and pay the amount up to 30% of the price of the apartment.

Until June 1, 2027, after approval (according to act 16), it is necessary to pay the rest of the purchase price (up to 100%) and the transfer of real estate is carried out.
