Information about the sale of apartments
The following information describes the procedure for buying an apartment in Sea Paradise Apartments:
Booking Agreement and Fee
Signing of the reservation contract and the composition of the reservation fee of EUR 10,000.
Contract for future contract
Within 30 days from the signing of the reservation contract, it is necessary to sign the contract on the future contract and pay the amount up to 30% of the price of the apartment.
Payment after completion of rough construction
Until December 31, 2025 or after the completion of the rough construction according to act 14, it is necessary to pay up to 60% of the price of the apartment.
In case of payment of 100% of the price, the transfer of the property takes place already at this stage.
Payment after completion of construction
Until December 31, 2026 after the completion of the construction or after the completion of the construction according to act 15, it is necessary to pay up to 90%.
Payment after approval
Until June 1, 2027, after approval (according to act 16), it is necessary to pay the rest of the purchase price (up to 100%) and the transfer of real estate is carried out.
Transfer of property: Transfer to a notary Obreten Petrov Obretenov, payment of tax and fee.

The floor areas of the units are calculated in accordance with applicable legislation. To accurately determine the floor area of a particular unit, the purchase agreement is decisive. The areas of the individual rooms are indicative. The equipment depicted in the plans (furniture, kitchen, electrical appliances, etc.) is not included. The scope of delivery is specified in the standard. The investor reserves the right to make minor adjustments.
Reservation of apartments
The reservation of the apartment is negotiated by signing the reservation contract and paying the reservation fee. The booking conditions, including the amount of the booking fee and payment terms, are set out in the booking agreement.
Consumer Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute between us and the consumer, which cannot be resolved by agreement, the consumer has the right to an out-of-court settlement of the dispute. The competent body for out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes shall be:
