The apartments are located in the small seaside village of Kranevo, near the beach and next to the Ice Arena winter stadium. Kranevo is located in the Dobrich region, near the village of Balchik, approximately 25 kilometres north of Varna and 2 kilometres from the resort town of Albena.
Sea Paradise Apartments is a family project of Czech owners. All communication, handling of the purchase and transfer will be in Czech, the authorities with the petitioner and all documentation in Czech translation.
The project is suitable for living, recreation, relaxation and investment. Kranevo offers a quiet environment with good accessibility to tourist attractions and potential for rental income.
Basic information about Kranevo, Bulgaria
Kranevo is located near the resorts of Albena and Golden Sands, which offer a wide range of tourist attractions and services. Popular points of interest near the apartment include Baltata Nature Reserve, Queen Mary's Summer Palace in Balchik, golf clubs and others.
Sea Paradise apartments are located 200 metres from the beach.
Swimming pools, wellness centers, tennis courts, gyms and an ice rink can be found in the neighborhood. Kranevo and the surrounding area offer opportunities for water sports, quad biking and other activities.
Kranevo is available by air from Prague and Vienna to Varna. The flight from Prague to Bulgaria takes approximately 2 hours.
The nearest major airports are in Varna (approximately 30 km from Kranev) and Burgas (approximately 50 km from Kranev).
Kranevo offers a quieter and more authentic atmosphere compared to busier resorts such as Albena and Golden Sands. It is an ideal place for those looking for peace and quiet at affordable prices.
Investment potential of Sea Paradise Apartments
Bulgaria offers annual gross rental yields of up to 4.65% and Varna shows an average yield of 6.09%. Kranevo has potential for rental revenues due to its tourism and proximity to Varna.

The procedure includes the signing of the reservation agreement and the composition of the reservation fee, the signing of the contract for the future and subsequent payments during construction.

Contract for future contract
Within 30 days from the signing of the reservation contract, it is necessary to sign the contract on the future contract and pay the amount up to 30% of the price of the apartment.
Payment after completion of rough construction
Until December 31, 2025 or after the completion of the rough construction according to act 14, it is necessary to pay up to 60% of the price of the apartment.
In case of payment of 100% of the price, the transfer of the property takes place already at this stage.
Payment after completion of construction
Until December 31, 2026 after the completion of the construction or after the completion of the construction according to act 15, it is necessary to pay up to 90%.
Payment after Collation
Until June 1, 2027, after approval (according to act 16), it is necessary to pay the rest of the purchase price (up to 100%) and the transfer of real estate is carried out.
